i extracted the file to empire total war date and played the game and nothing had changed why isnt the mod working, and what can i do to fix the problem?

copy it in startpos.esf file

U got to copy it into: steamapps\common\empire total war\data\campaigns\main
when u did tat u can play with unlimited money in campain (not in custom battle).
