Naval Flags Total Conversion 1.2 for Empire Total War

Using ModManager by Lt.Chambers.

MAJOR UPDATE 04/04/2009 :

1) retextured all the 61 naval flags with
better graphic; now there will be no more brightness effect !

2)Thanks to the suggestions given to me by the twcenter forum
users that wrote on the Naval Flag Conversion topic, i have made
completely new naval flags (more historically accurate) for:

austria republic
british republic
norway
ottomans
poland republic
prussia republic
sweden
usa republic
usa monarchy
spain republic
scotland

thanks to Aykis, SonofOdin,upsettingshorts, warmaker, arose,
baleur, nordmann, graf zu adler, Choum, Terron, L'ost,
Thrashing_mad, mandead for their suggestions; this minimod also
belong to them!


FEATURES
As we all know, the navies had usually different flags, not the
same as the normal state's or army's flag.
In this mod i have retextured the most of the naval flags,
working basically on the hystorical info and models taken from
this italian site of vexillology:

THIS MOD ONLY RETEXTURES THE NAVAL FLAGS, NOT THE LAND OR STATE
FLAGS !

It contains 61 flag textures
naval flags retextured:
spain republic, austria, austria republic, barbary states,
barbary states republic, bavaria, colombia, courland, crimean
,khanate, dagestan, denmark, denmark republic, france, france
republic, genoa, georgia, greece, hannover, hessen, holstein,
hungary, ireland, malta, mamelukes, louisiana, maratha, maratha
republic, mecleburg, mexico, morocco, mughal, mughal republic,
mysore, naples/sicily, ottoman republic, ottomans, papal_states,
savoy, poland, poland_republic, portugal, portugal republic,
prussia, prussia republic, punjab, quebec, russia, russia

HOW TO INSTALL:

First Way:
1. Place all files in your data folder.
(naval_flag_conversion.pack, ModManager.exe, common.dll)
2. Run the ModManager, and check
naval_flag_conversion.pack, then run Empire Total War.

Second Way:
1. Go to C:Documents and SettingsUSERNAMEApplication DataThe
Creative AssemblyEmpireScripts
( the Application Data folder is HIDDEN!)
open the text file: user_empire.script
then copy and paste in it, this string:

mod "naval_flag_conversion.pack";
