I have been into Europa Universalis from the beginning, so I gave an overall grade of 10, as an average from the original to the 3rd game.

In fact, this third opus is not the best one, has a few mistakes, is a bit too easy, graphics are less and less attractive (what appeared to be 'old-fashioned' is now completely ugly), and most of all, historical events have less influence on the game than before.

It's really more accessible to anyone, I hope there will be a Victoria Universalis... A mix of these two games would be great, only if Paradox takes the best of each.
