10.81 for 3.2 beta October 9th or October 7th with instructions for november 27th:

[B]You need to use the mod\Terra Nova\common\defines.txt file from TN mod 10.79 if you want to use this mod version for the november 27th patch (which means you will be using the nov27th .exe file).[/B]

[B]This version is not save game compatible with any other version due to the new holstein province.[/B]

common\advisor_types.txt:
-new world and african tech group nations will rarely get irrelevant advisors.
-added prestige as a modfier for some types.
common\event_modifiers.txt:
-removed the hiring fair province modifier.
common\governments.txt:
-removed tribal_anarchy.
common\static_modifiers.txt:
-lowered the maximum badboy penalties for difficulty levels to -6 at most to make sure there is no negative max badoy (reputation) in the game due to pagan religion changes.
-added penalties to diplomatic skill to compensate for the lower max reputation penalties in the difficulty levels.

decisons\TN Random Country.txt:
-mercenary ordinance and birth place tax laws are no longer allowed for most pagan tech group nations.
-promote_printing_industry is no longer allowed for Pagan tech group nations.
decisions\TN Random Province.txt:
-removed hiring fair province modifier code (the decisions is still there).

events\SRI_AI_colonial_provinces.txt:
-fixed a bug (reported by 17blue17).
events\SRI_AI_strategy_provinces.txt:
-added the new 1944 province.

-added the new 1944 province to the map reveal event.

-added and changed modifiers for the national bank event.

-the QFTNW adding event will now happen much less often before 1492 (reported by OrangeYoshi).

-removed the event that cancels the fair if you have negative prestige.
-completely reworked all modifiers so that they match the advisor_type modifiers. This will make the advisors you get relevant to your countries situation.
events\TN Goods.txt:
-gold mine event will no longer happen for new world and african tech group nations.
-gold mine event will take longer after the first mine is in place.

-most Pagan religion nations can no longer get non-general leaders.
events\TN Military.txt:
-regiment camp, shipyard, and fort2 building events now happen less often for pagan tech group nations.
events\TN Monarchies.txt:
-all former pagan government (monarchy) events are now integrated into this/these file/events.
events\TN Natives.txt:
-native raids event now requires there to be a native population in the colony.
events\TN Pagans.txt:
-removed the pagan religion change event and intigrated into the religion file foriegn state religion event.
-removed the pagan province religion change event (foriegn) and integrated it into the religion file event.
-removed the fortification event and added variable modifiers to the scientific research breakthrough event.
-removed government events and intigrated them into the 3 government file events.
-removed pagan banking and currency events and added modifiers to the national bank and financial ruin events to integrate them to do the same thing.
events\TN Religion.txt:
-state religion (non-europe) changing event will no longer fire unless the event will do something. It no changes for most religions for everywhere but europe.
-foriegn province religion spread event (non-europe) now includes pagans and has ai_chance modifiers.
-the foriegn state religion event is now the one to control Neopaganism changes for pagan religion nations.

-all former pagan government (replublic) events are now integrated into this/these file/events.
events\TN Tech.txt:
-added pagan variable modifiers to the scientific research breakthrough.
-added pagan modifiers.
events\TN Theocracies.txt:
-all former pagan government (theocracy) events are now integrated into this/these file/events.
events\TN Unknown.txt:
-added modifiers to many events to make it rare for pagans to get certain goods.
-increased the modifier factor for silver,iron, copper for the Gold event so those goods stay in the province longer.
-fixed some bugs where there were missing OR = { } in some modifiers.
-refusing to change to slave trad good now makes that same event take longer to happen again.
-gold depletion now clears flags in order to allow gold mines to happen sooner again.

-Maori rulers that are no longer tribal are now called Kingitanga (suggested by Sinroth).
-organized the file and removed papacy and theocracy because those are no longer valid governments (they were renamed in vanilla).

-renamed the Calvary Tactics modifier and changed the description.
