Paradox "actively looking" at cross-platform titles, thanks to Cloud saves Poll

Paradox Interactive CEO Fredrik Wester has high hopes for the continued swell of new platforms, providing they stay open for easy innovation and creativity. He sees "four OSes that will compete" for our attention.

They'll be "Windows, iOS, Android" and most likely Linux because of Steam's outpour of support. It's now "really tough" for indies to get on Windows and iOS - more closed now, ending a golden age.

Paradox announce Magna Mundi cancellation, "lack of trust" with developer Poll

Paradox Interactive has announced Magna Mundi has been cancelled as a project after a "lack of progress" led to a "lack of trust" with developer Universo Virtual, who are 'not part of it anymore'.

Executive Producer Mattias Lilja also revealed there was "internal strife" within the Magna Mundi team, with devs reporting UV "lacks active leadership" with staff 'silenced' by bosses.

EU3: Divine Wind "first game" to feature Paradox achievements

The latest expansion to Paradox's Europa Universalis III is Divine Wind and it's their first title to include "Paradox Connect achievements" for gameplay.

These will "truly enrich" the experience say Paradox, giving fans extra goals and feats, and "strengthen the community". Achievements are just cosmetic.
