The protagonist of the game - rural smith Vakula - is enamored with Oksana, the first beauty of Dikanka. But Oksana presents an apparently impossible requirement: she wants Vacula to bring her shoes that the tsarina wears. Vakula’s adventures begin when the habitual rural life suddenly turns magical. In the game, Vakula has to communicate with a former cossack and nowadays rural sorcerer Patsyuk. Patsyuk becomes a guide for the hero through the magic world - the world where miracles and habitual fancifully intertwine. Vakula learns with great surprise that sorcerers, witches and vampires can appear among the rural girls and young men. And it is only the beginning...
