This game is wonderful. Bethesda has successfully taken all the original Fallout background into an Oblivion-like game (a very good game indeed)!
The radioactive wastes of DC are frightnening and the background sounds and dark musics makes the playing experience a true immersion.
The VATS targeting system is pure genius! It allows the RPG part of the game to dominate over the FPS action! very well done.
Unfortunatly the game is not ready. It has many critical bugs and conflict even with the most common video drivers. This means frequents crashes to desktop and even blue screens with possible damage to the hardware itself. With the latest patch and the Nvidia 178.24 driver stability improves, but save a lot anyway!
