Resized vanilla decals with added splatter effect.

Install:
-check bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 in FALLOUT.INI
-check if Archiveinvalidation.txt is already in Fallout3 folder, if found edit and add lines:
textures/decals/fxbloodsplatterdecals01.dds
textures/decals/fxbloodsplatterdecals01_n.dds
-unpack to Fallout 3 folder without overwriting existing files.

Uninstall:
-delete:
data/textures/decals/fxbloodsplatterdecals01.dds
data/textures/decals/fxbloodsplatterdecals01_n.dds
-delete entries in Archiveinvalidation.txt that reference files listed above.

P.S.

Edit this line in FALLOUT.ini to make decals stay for 20 minutes instead of default 10 seconds:
fDecalLifetime=1200.0000
