This adds blood hunt perk that gives you 30% chance
to get blood pack from every human you kill.

i have vampire perk and have been searching for some
blood packs,and asked myself why cant i harvest some
blood from victims.
==========Install==============
just unpack in data folder and activate esp in fomm
or fallout launcher

just delete esp and textures\blood hunt
