There's some guy over in the Megaton Common House talking like
a lunatic about some kid that's forcing him to kill people.
I guess this guy sleeps on the upper floor. Go up there, have a
seat, and wait for him. Keep an eye out,he's got a habit of
sneaking up on people.

It is strongly urged that you start a new character, I can't imagine the
problems you'll have if you don't. Besides, the mod starts out in the
Megaton Common House like it says above. Do what you will.
