Bethesda Softworks has announced a new two-game bundle for PC and Xbox 360, the Fallout 3 & Oblivion Double Pack, which will be released on the 3rd April.

Fallout 3, Skyrim visual artist Adamowicz passed away on 8th February

Influential concept artist Adam Adamowicz, whose work included Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Bethesda Softworks, passed away on the 8th February. He is credited with giving games like Fallout 3 their unique look through non-digital artwork. Adamowicz died after a long battle with cancer.

US Court of Appeals rejects Bethesda's claim of 'misapplied law'

Sorry Bethesda but the United States Court of Appeals doesn't agree that the "district court abused its discretion" when allowing Interplay's Fallout MMO to proceed.

The court documents also show Bethesda believes they "misapplied the law" in ruling the studio failed to prove the MMO would "harm" the franchise.

Pete Hines, Bethesda's VP of marketing and PR, says they've been acquiring studios to beef up their internal capacity for videogame projects - that's the goal.

They've also been offering publishing deals with developers too. They "look to find and work with" studios that "share common" philosophy with Bethesda.
