File Instructions:: BOE is a modular content pack for Fallout: New Vegas that enhances your gaming experience in several major areas.

It is highly modular and can be configured with only the features you want. You can replace many weapons, some weapons, or none; just enjoying the multiple new weapons offered by this mods various vendors. You can even use the "replacer" weapons as the AWOP M weapons only! You can use the suite or not. Use the cosmetics or not. Whatever floats your boat. Vegas belongs to YOU baby!

(I do strongly recommend using at least Mo'Uniques.esp as these weapons truly are special and I can't imagine playing without them).

Gunplay:

All projectile weapons benefit from detailed CailberX slugs and shells, as well as load specific flashes and projectile flight characteristics
ShellsRain extends the decay time for spent cartridges, allowing you to carpet the Mojave in brass.
Recoil/muzzle-rise effects all projectile weapons, scaled to weaponammo type and player's strength and abilities
Working, switchable Taclights on equipped weapons.
Binoculars with stepped zoom, 2 step night vision and themal vision modes.
Additional FLIR vision mode, and weapon specific stepped zoom on some sniper rifles
Special weapon features, including select fire, hotkey alternate fire, melee, and suppressors.

Weapons:

Custom weapons and mod kits may be purchased from vendors at the Mojave Ammo Depot and the Lucky38 Penthouse Suite.
Dialog driven upgrades allow for working under-mount grenade launchers and masterkeys, and more.
Vanilla weapons can be replaced with carefully chosen improved models. Companion models have been upgraded and made playable (upon death in hardcore). The Unique's (and companion weapons) are extra-special and should be replaced by all users.
An extended replacer file goes beyond the uniques and replaces many of the "cartoonish" weapons with outstanding and appropriate modern weapons. Special emphasis on respecting the original intent and optimized with custom animation from myself and JoeFoxx.
Most weapons have extensive mod kit options, unless they possess some other special capabilities.
ALL DONGLES ARE FUNCTIONAL! These are weapons, not jewelry.

Player Home:

A super luxury suite atop the Lucky38 spire waits for the player on the strip. Open, airy, bright, populated, companion friendly, and chock full of vendors of various kinds.
Lots of varied storage. Custom crafting stations with integrated, automated storage. Special vending machines and planters.
Player bed, auto-doc, chem set, magic mirror (character gen), snowglobes and bobblehead trophies, many custom features.
Lucky38 Casino gambling available after dark.
Special rewards for DLCs.

Ammo Depot at the south end of the map is not a home, but provides shared craft storage stations and nearby sleeping mats.
Depot also provides a much needed munitions vendor and way station early in the game in an area clearly lacking sufficient vendors and friendly locals.

NPCs and Companions (requires Lings Coiffure NV):

Mo'Gals is a female NPC cosmetic upgrade. It will enhance some 200+ NPCs, including vanilla companions. Gives Veronica a special outfit and gun. Enhances the ladies in the suite significantly. Really significantly.
Sunny Companion - Custom looks, custom leather, custom M1 Garand (included bayonet melee model), custom perk.
Willow Companion - Converted to Lings. Custom tricked Knight 5mm PDW "Beauty", Willows Shotgun replaced with Gator Quad Barrel (same as BigBoomer unique without killing grandma)
