The save bug afflicting Xbox 360 Fallout: New Vegas is "absolutely" being investigated by Bethesda and Obsidian, and other save corruptions.
Right now all they advise is to save often, increasing chances you can fall back on earlier data should you get hit with the bug. It's of "highest priority".

Bethesda has pledged many fixes for Obsidian made Fallout: New Vegas as numerous bugs and downright glitchy creepiness mar its launch.
The PC is the first platform to receive a patch and it apparently deals with "quest and scripting issues," but what about spinning head syndrome?

It may be time for another development studio to end up in ZeniMax Media's shopping cart again as the Bethesda parent gets $150m in pocket money.
3 years ago Providence Equity Partners stuffed ZeniMax coffers with $300m. The recent acquisition was of id Software, creators of Quake and Doom.

Obsidian Entertainment's development of Fallout: New Vegas has wrapped up with game discs now in production, while Bethesda reveal the PC specs.
This post-apocalypse isn't that demanding on today's PC. Ideally you should have a dual core 2.0 GHz processor and 2GB RAM at least. You got that?
