PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FAR CRY 2 IS THE LATEST VERSION (V1.03). THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON DIGITAL COPIES OF FAR CRY 2.

STEPS:

- Extract patch.dat and patch.fat (in "Finos Editor Mod [v1.0.08]" folder) into your Far Cry 2 folder called "Data_Win32". The default path is: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Far Cry 2\Data_Win32

Your directory may be different. I suggest you also create a backup of your patch.dat, or make a duplicate
copy of your whole Far Cry 2 game and run the map editor mod on the duplicate instead.

- Open the map editor and enjoy! In the folder browser (e.g. Utilities, Signs, Detail Objects) in the map editor
you'll see 1 named folder like "Other" at the end. This is the fist new folder with the mod content in there.
Have fun with all of this new folder.

hey dude, first of all, if u wanna have new assets, why YOU dont mod it for your self?? it's to hard?? ahh ok, that's the reason why it's 2 yaers ^^

this is just a objekt mod for the EDITOR, so u can create maps with singleplayer objects. in a few days or weeks i release a new EDITOR mod witch include the FORTUNES PACK objects to put in in the EDITOR for online playable maps.

WOW!!!! I love making maps on far cry 2 and this is an awesome addition. I have been wanting to mod Far Cry2 for awhile now. Any tips? Also, good luck with the next mod, I am looking forward to it!

Aw wy doesnt this editor work for ol games ive created so many cool maps but cant play with my friends isnt there a way i can lan these maps i made with the editor ?
