I read yesterday that this game will use the SecuROM version with activations, so sdaly this game fell off from my list of games. Dang, I had hoped that Ubisoft would have learned their lesson with StarForce, but I guess not.

Luckily, the book releases for this autumn is really nice, oh and there are several widescreen hacks for older games ;)
