Ubisoft has revealed what kind of rigs will be able to handle the PC version of Far Cry 3, which is due to be released on the 4th December in North America, and the 30th November in Europe.

Now that Ubisoft is climbing down on their always-on DRM scheme, the publisher's worldwide director for online games Stephanie Perotti has clarified their previous '93-95%' PC piracy statement.
Apparently they didn't mean that as a percentage across the board but "for some specific or popular" PC titles, from "internal and external research," and that "varies depending on the territory."
