You can manually edit the "patch" file (not the Patch.bfs) with Note Pad.Do not leave any blank spaces or the game will crash. I have added patch_.rar files that you cen right click and extract into the game folder. I prefer to use the included FlatOut2_Mod_Manager_1.0.0.4.zip by DeStan which does all of the worh for you. :)
