Duke Nukem voice actor not into "gratuitous violence" experiences like GTA
Jon St. Jon, the voice of gun-toting Duke Nukem, isn't a fan of firearms in his videogames and certainly not in real-life. The act of killing just to kill "just disturbs" the actor. Racing games over FPS, he says.
The "gratuitous violence" found in big titles like Grand Theft Auto turns Jon St. Jon right off. The iconic Duke Nukem is all for violence and big shooty guns, providing its against invading aliens.

PR dark sorcerer Max Clifford was behind all the effigy burnings and parents screaming 'think of the children!' when the original Grand Theft Auto was coming to market, say creators David Jones and Mike Dailly.
Clifford "made it all happen" to keep Grand Theft Auto in the public eye and explode in sales when it released. DMA Design devs admit "every word he said came true" about its reception.

An incredibly adorable project to get Grand Theft Auto 2 working in the mighty RAGE engine, the very same tech powering Grand Theft Auto IV, has horrifically been denied us as it was canned.
Still, gameplay footage of this stellar feat has surfaced. It shows the traditional top down view but also switches to third-person, bringing a whole new level (literally) to the GTA classic.

Haysam Keilany has released the last build of his iCEnhancer modification to Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV. It ludicrously boosts GTAIV's visual canvas and is available right now.
The 21-year-old wizard of code says he's now moving on from GTAIV and plying his skills toward "Minecraft & Skyrim" and possibly more, if he gets enough pokes from fellow gamers.

YouTube user jmoorfoot4 has created a new mod for Grand Theft Auto IV, which replaces Niko Belic with none other than R2-D2.
Of course, R2 gets sort of a mean streak, as he runs over pedestrians and destroys cars and people which is suddenly powerful laser beam.
