US Army/SWAT
Description: This is just a skin mod to replace either SWAT or the Army.
(BACKUP FIRST.)
How to install:
Your gonna need IMG tool.
1- open gta3.img
2- find "army.dff" and "army.txd"
3- replace them with the downloaded files
4- go nuts on GTASA.
If you want to replace SWAT instead, look for Swat.dff and .txd
NOTE: the legs would look a little weird.
because Rockstar tends to enlarge small textures.
so i had to customize it a bit. cant do much about it.
