Here is a map modfication that will replace the road blocks within GTA San Andreas with that of a newer more detailed texture, these will only be seen at the begining of the game where all of the islands are completely blocked off, if you have a completed

1st step: start the img tool v.2
2nd step: with the img tool v.2 open the 'gta3.img' file {placed in the directory -of GTA:San Andreas- in the folder models}
3rd step: find the file named 'roadblkx.txd' and replace it with my file/mod 'roadblkx.txd'
4th step: launch the game
