Instructions!
1) copy CLEO folder to GTA:SA main folder (C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreas)
2) copy the following files to GTA:SA main folder:
vorbis.dll
vorbisFile.dll
cleo.asi
vorbishooked.dll
if it asks, press YES to confirm the overwrite (dont worry, there is a backup files i attached to the rar)
3) goto modelstxd folder in the GTA:SA folder and copy file speed.txd to there.
4) Open the game and enter what-ever vehicles you like (cars, bikes, bicycles, boats, planes)
That's it! it's working!
