Installation:

The car is designed for installation in the game GTA: San Andreas (GTA SA)
For the required "HQ Lights Mod" (http://gct.gta.com.ua/hqlm.htm).
The game replaces the car "EMPEROR", but you can substitute any other car, renaming
emperor.dff files and emperor.txd and the word "emperor" in the lines below to the name of the
the car that you want to replace.

To install vospolzuytest IMGTools 2.0 Having opened its gta3.img (located in the folder 'models' in
directory with the game), with the command FIND to locate and delete files and emperor.dff emperor.txd and
ADD command insert files from the archive.

Next, using Notepad or any text editor you need to find and replace these lines
in the following files which are located in the folder 'data' directory in the game:

handling.cfg:
