Does this Replace The Cars, (Like i have modded cars on my GTA SA and i wanna know if this Mod will replace them) lol Chers for the sweet mod tho, its worth the replacement if so. 10/10

Please help!!! I downloaded this but I cant find any program to open it. I tried.. 7zip, Winrar and winzip. Everytime i try to open it says: (something like) This is not a vaild archive. I redownloaded it like 3 times too.

Ok Wooh thank you so much hey Armagon I have a solution but it is very time consuming, if it doesnt work same happened to me, all you have to do is ears the Rockstars files and replace them with the ones on the HD download it took a long time, but it is defenitley worth it.! Best of luck !!!!! :) 10/10
