Instructions :
1. Open gta3.img in TXD Workshop (Or whatever program you use)
2. Scroll down and find the name of the skin you want to replace
3. Right click & Replace them with the modded files in the .zip
DONE!
* Note you can replace any skin ; just rename the modded file to the same as one being replaced
