Grand Theft Auto IV's sales weren't as brisk as Rockstar Games had hoped, despite making a bundle. It seems like Grand Theft Auto V will be the major score the studio is looking for, as an industry analyst says the game will make $1B USD in its first month.

Grand Theft Auto V comes out tomorrow, and has been receiving stellar reviews since the press embargo was lifted today. The game is expected to sell $1B USD in the first month of release. Unfortunately for some, the game is currently only a console release.

Rockstar recommends "not installing the play disc" for GTA V on Xbox 360

As some have received their copies early for Grand Theft Auto V (the scoundrels!), Rockstar Games is issuing a warning to Xbox 360 gamers not to bother installing the designated 'play disc' to the HDD.

Already a mandatory 8GB install is needed with the Xbox 360 version coming in two discs to PS3's single Blu-ray. Installing the 'play disc' can affect "optimal performance".

Ideally Rockstar wants players to be able to "create anything that we can create within the team," and for it to be a painless process. A 'few ranks' unlock the editor.
