Rockstar release three new Grand Theft Auto V images

Fans are treated to three fresh images of Grand Theft Auto V as Rockstar throw the community a bone with this second batch of in-game peeks. We get a bicycle, a sports car and a jet.

This confirms that bikes are in the upcoming GTA, as they were noticeably absent from IV. Teasingly Rockstar's Newswire ended the update saying there's "more to come this week..."

The Take-Two investor call was noticeably absent anything concrete on Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V beyond the publisher commenting it was "full development" at the world renown studio.

The fiscal year outlook didn't have any mention of GTA V, which already includes Max Payne 3, Borderlands 2 and Bioshock Infinite. They're "blessed to be working with Rockstar."

Rockstar has posted a new Q&A, and have confirmed that Grand Theft Auto V will be large enough to support air vehicles such as planes and jets, something that was conspicuously absent from Grand Theft Auto IV.

Artist CV establishes Rockstar San Diego link to GTA V

Red Dead Redemption studio Rockstar San Diego is apparently helping out Rockstar North on Grand Theft Auto V's development, reveals a LinkedIn CV of a former employee.

The artist worked on GTA V between March 2011 and March 2012. Rockstar isn't new to sharing the workload over their global workforce. Rockstar North helped on Red Dead.

Analyst: Grand Theft Auto V will sell 14M units in first 3 months

Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia is predicting Grand Theft Auto V will be launching in the Q1 2013, and will provide an influx of $700M in sales, selling over 14M units in the first three months of release.
