Installation:
1. Open ViceTXD (if you don't have it, double click the "Get ViceTXD" shortcut to get it).
2. Go to the "models" folder in your Vice City install directory and open the "gta3.img"
file.
3. In the "Dictionary" to the left, find "cop.txd".
4. Click "Texture" on the menu bar and then "Replace".
5. For the texture file, go to the "cop.bmp" image that is in this folder. DO NOT DO
ANYTHING WITH THE ALPHA FILE!
6. Click "Replace".
7. When you click on the "cop.txd" file in the "Dictionary", you should now see a new cop
uniform that is blue.
8. Open Vice City and enjoy!
