In the program of futures modification:
-new batiments
-agrandisement of the islands
-new peds zone

INSTALLATION: To install this map you must extract file then Move file following:
to your GTA Vice City:
- gta-vc.exe

to maps:
- oceandrv
- oceandn
- Heaven_island
- path.ipl

to data:
- gta_vc.dat
- MAIN.SCM
- navig.zon
- map.zon
- info.zon

to TEXT:
- american.gxt


ACHIEVE TO THE ISLANDS:
- by boat: (I put it one near the headlight)
- By walk: passing by rocks (be careful not to fall in water)
- by car:By bridge (not far from the hotel)

Done!Having made this lauch the game normally (begin a new game) and you can explore the islands... Have fun and good visit!
