Rockstar create Spotify and iTunes playlists for GTA radio stations
Fancy a blast of nostalgia in the ears? Rockstar Games has gone ahead and "compiled the official set of playlists" for the Grand Theft Auto series, including Chinatown Wars. Some tracks are missing however.
Only music already available via the two services are included in the playlists, but Rockstar hope to "add the original songs" created for the games. Only want to listen to the commercials?

Producer Leslie Benzies of Rockstar Games dreams of a video game world where all their iconic spoof-heavy cities were happily connected to one another in a single Grand Theft Auto title.
It's an ambitious goal to be sure given the breadth of scope Rockstar pour into their GTA universes. In the context of this 'super GTA' - reimagining Vice City "would be very interesting."

Digital copies of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City won't be available for a little while as "some music licensing issues" have cropped up, which is likely surrounding Michael Jackson's 'Wanna be Startin' Something'.
That little 1980's gem is controlled by Sony Music Entertainment. The temporary removal of digital copies for sale shouldn't affect Vice City's iOS launch, apparently. Damn you Fever 105!

PR dark sorcerer Max Clifford was behind all the effigy burnings and parents screaming 'think of the children!' when the original Grand Theft Auto was coming to market, say creators David Jones and Mike Dailly.
Clifford "made it all happen" to keep Grand Theft Auto in the public eye and explode in sales when it released. DMA Design devs admit "every word he said came true" about its reception.

Hollywood tough guy Ray Liotta was not in the recent Grand Theft Auto V debut trailer, confirms the actor's representatives, who voiced Vice City's Tommy Vercetti.
Speculation was growing thick and fast that former 1980's protagonist Vercetti would be returning in GTA V, but Liotta's lack of involvement has taken the wind out of its sails.
