Extract files into your C:Program FilesSteamSteamApps[USERNAME]half-life 2hl2maps, or wherever you put your steam folder. Run hl2 with console enabled and type "map" (without the quotes of course) and a space and the map name. If you don't have console enabled you can set it inside the Half-Life 2 menu by going to Options - Keyboard - Advanced. You should see a check box for it here.
