for the model go into hmt (halo map tools) and then go down to mod2. find sniper rifle/fp/fp. click import model and navigate to the model then open.

for the damage open hmt and find jpt! section and find sniper rifle/sniper bullet and at the top find inject meta then locate the sniper bullet.jpt and open it then there u go.
