Humble Origin Bundle closed at $10.5m, Humble Paradox Bundle live today

EA's Humble Origin Bundle drew to a close with a whopping $10.5 million raised for charitable causes, which included the Human Rights Campaign, Watsi, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and more.

Over 2.1 million bundles sold. Now Paradox Interactive are announcing the Humble Paradox Bundle "will go live today," from 8 p.m. CEST (11 a.m. PDT). $125 gets you everything.

Twenty-two seconds of cool looking logo is all we get in a quick fire teaser trailer from Paradox Interactive. There's nothing else provided so fans only have the logo to work off to fuel rampant speculation.

The logo art itself features a bird, possibly a Raven, that's clutching a sword which has a snake wrapping around it biting itself - ouch. That's set against three quarters of a circular emblem.

During a speech at GameHorizon last month, Paradox CEO Fredrik Wester discussed what its like at the publisher and how they've positioned themselves as a success story relying on the niche markets.

Paradox has thrived off a community that's felt 'brushed aside' by the mainstream. Wester cautioned small devs not to stray from fans that 'fit the profile' of your studio, or you risk losing them.

Paradox Interactive is celebrating the 500,000 registered user milestone for their online community, and each and every one of those registered gets a free copy of Europa Universalis III.

They also kick open the doors to the Paradox Webshop, with their titles as Steam digital downloads with 55% off. They say eventually "all our titles will be offered" with other goodies.

Grand strategy fans Paradox Interactive have fired up the website for Hearts of Iron The Card Game, which is free-to-play in the browser. Starter pack offered.

From now until October 17th, new players to the game get a special starter pack for nothing. We choose between the Axis, Allies, or Comintern with 140 cards.
