High Heat Baseball 1999 by Team .366 - retail v1.4 patch

New in this update:

- The rosters, pitching rotations and lineups of each team have been updated to
reflect those of the pro teams just prior to the all-star break. *
- The numbers of errors made by pitchers are dramatically decreased
- The number of "pick-off" attempts computer pitchers try during a game has
been decreased.
- Umpires' calls were "popping" on systems running Windows '98. This has been
resolved.
- There were numerous additions and enhancements made in the previous updates,
and those enhancements have been included in this update. Please read the
'Readme_P4.txt' file after installing the High Heat Baseball 99 version 1.4
update for the complete list.

*NOTE: The roster update will not occur until you start a new season.
