add "EnableCheats" (without the quotes) at the end
Ingame press "C" to access the ingame cheat menu.

Code:	Description:
Beam here	This will teleport agent 47 to where ever the player crosshair is currently pointing, unless the point is blocked by terrain.
Teleport	This will teleport agent 47 to certain points in the level.
Show OSD	1 to display HUD, 0 to hide it.
Time Multiplier	This will speed up the passage of time, the highest level is 10. 10 can cause some side effects.
Show enemy vision	Saddly this code also doesn't work.
Invisible Mode	1, or 0. You can't be seen by actors in the level.
God Mode	1, or 0. You will take no damage.
Complete level	This will finish all objectives in the level for you, giving you a rating of Silent Assassin.
InfClip	Same as InfAmmo, only this doesn't require you to reload.
InfAmmo	Once the value is set to one you have a infinite supply of ammo.
GiveAll	Saddly this code just crashes the game.
Give Some	Does nothing
Test Cloth	This will change agent 47's clothing to one of the possible disguises in the level.

How to activate the games cheat menu:: Find the HitmanBloodMoney.ini in your game's directory
and add: EnableCheats
at the end. Save the modified HitmanBloodMoney.ini and
start the game as usual - then during a mission press C
to bring up the cheat menu. Press ESC to leave the menu.

You can navigate through the menu by using the cursor keys
UP/DOWN to select the desired option(s) then ENTER or
LEFT/RIGHT cursor keys to enable/disable the option (1/0).

BEWARE that some of the options might crash/mess up the
game so use them with care.
Win Mission:: After enabling cheats, press [Shift] + [C] during game play to complete the current mission. If used at the start of the mission, it will complete it with a "Silent Assassin" rank.
