Copy and paste all the contents from the "Aera Superdreadnaught ship mod" folder (art, scripts, ship, sound, subsystem, ui, weapon, etc.) into the Data folder of the Homeworld 2 directory.
Then, right-click on the HW2 shortcut icon and select "Properties". At the end of the "Target:" line, type in "-overrideBigFile" (without quotes). Then run Homeworld 2 and play. Be sure to read the second readme txt file on adding the ship into the fleet.
