Publisher Take-Two is a "very attractive investment for anybody," thanks to their stellar line-up of owned intellectual properties, boasts COO Karl Slatoff.

They're "continuing to invest" in the "best IP out there" like GTA and BioShock. Take-Two is "fantastic" on its own, and great for "any kind of investor".

Lead gameplay programmer Dave Heironymus of Team Bondi has published a letter he wrote to the IGDA, and in it he defends the studio over its decisions.

Heironymus says management weren't "ensconced in an ivory tower", and that staff were given a 'generous reward scheme' for all their weekend work.

The chairman of the International Game Developers Association, Brian Robbins, isn't happy with what he's hearing about Australian-based Team Bondi.

If the reports of a "12-hour a day, lengthy crunch time" are indeed true then that's "absolutely unacceptable and harmful" to staff, the project and the industry.
