Installation:

Place all files in your L4D map folder.
(C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommonleft 4 deadleft4deadmaps)

Bring up the console, type in 'map messhall_byrobin', play!

For texture problems (purple/ black squares, weird light/reflections,..)
type 'buildcupemaps'in console & reload the map. Some small errors may
occur when playing without HDR.
