3.2 Change List------
Redid(undid) MOTW civillian structure system. The AI can now build resource and upgrade structures normally. HOWEVER, the Market has been disabled in this release due to the extensive retooling of the building lists and in anticipation of the upcoming science system.

Gorkil and Drogoth added temporarily to Angmar heroes as placeholders until next release.

Various small balancing done amongst the factions, fixed numerous tooltip inconsistencies.

Siege weapons are now more effective against infantry as opposed to unrealistically ineffective.

All resource buildings now increase CP by 100 rather than 50.

Ring Heroes no longer visible on radial menu when you don't have the ring.

Bugs not fixed: Rhun barracks damaged models, Gondor Spearmen uvmaps, Galadhrim warriors stance and arrow bug, flying Dwarven citadel. I very recently managed to open and repair the Galadhrim arrow problem, so all these model issues should be completely resolved for next release.

Hopefully you knew something about the Wars of the East before you downloaded it, so I won't start talking
about the mod now. All the info can be found at the forums of the mod:

HOW TO INSTALL
/////////////////////////

It shouldn't be too hard to install this mod, but if you're too lazy to move a couple of files in to some folders,
then don't try to install this. I've got it working by doing the following, so don't complain to me that it doesn't
work, if that happens, you've done something wrong.

1. After downloading the .zip file, extract the file called "WotEBeta3BugFixed.big" into the following folder:
"C:Documents and Settings[YOUR USERNAME]Application DataMy The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files"
This folder could be hidden, so you should have "Show hidden folders and files" turned on.

2. Extract the icon file called Wars of the East.ico into the following folder:
"C:Documents and Settings[YOUR USERNAME]Application DataMy The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files"

2. If you want to, you can change your normal Splash Screen into the one included in this mod (this is optional, but
I bet everyone loves the new splash screen).
To do this, extract the file called "EnglishSplash.jpg" to your game folder. By default, it should be:
"C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsThe Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king" Also make sure that you have
copied the original EnglishSplash file in the game folder into a safe place before replacing it with my file.

3. Move the shortcut file called "Wars of the East Beta 3" into any folder where you can find it or into your desktop,
it doesn't matter where it is. This shortcut allows you to play my mod, using the normal shorcut enables you to
play the unmodded version of this mod.

This beta is compatible with the latest RotWK patch (v2.01). I haven't tested whether it works with the unpatched RotWK.

MAJOR BUGS

- You can't load saved games. The game freezes when a game is loaded.

- War of the Ring mode is incompletele thus I recommend you don't play it.

- Skies are not visible when the RJ-Cam is used.

MULTIPLAYER

You can play online with this mod only with a person that has the same version of this mod. Otherwise, you should
use the normal game to play online.

HOW TO UNINSTALL

To uninstall this mod, delete all the new files mentioned in the "How to Install" section (exept the EnglishSplash
file, which you should replace with the original EnglishSplash file and then delete it).

WHAT'S NEXT?

Beta 4 is planned to have a number of new units, heroes, maps, gameplay changes, and powers as well as many upgrades and changes to old stuff. You really won't want to miss it.
