For two weeks Humble Bundle is running the 'Humble WB Games Bundle' campaign with proceeds going to charity We Can Be Heroes. What's in this package to entice your donations? F.E.A.R.

Specifically it's F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin and F.E.A.R. 3, but there's also Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City with Scribblenauts Unlimited and LOTR: War of the North too.

The Hobbit film in the works will naturally need a tie-in video game for it to feel legitimate in today's transmedia world, and it looks like F.E.A.R.'s Monolith Productions will take on the shire.

Their latest release was this year's Gotham City Impostors for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It seems the second part to The Hobbit will be a WB Seattle affair. Snowblind 'virtually gone'.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has bested Blacks Ops throne-streak on the UK all format chart as it has managed a third consecutive week, with Assassin's Creed: Revelations entering 2nd.

WWE '12 launched 6th while Lord of the Rings: War in the North debuted 38th. Saints Row: The Third took its namesake seriously at 3rd, with Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 4th.

Warner Bros. Interactive lays off 60

Warner Bros. Interactive has confirmed that the publisher has laid off 60 employees in their Seattle-area offices, which includes developers Monolith Productions and Snowblind Studios.
