Triple A opportunites "narrower and narrower" says BioWare

Co-founder Greg Zeschuk of BioWare has said at Developer that the triple A market is harder to break into now; innovation getting "squeezed".

He notes we're becoming more like Hollywood as everyone chases the next blockbuster. Veterans focusing on smaller teams pleases Zeschuk.

New Mass Effect 2 DLC is out

BioWare has let loose some more downloadable content for Mass Effect 2 in the shape of some new gear for Shephard in the Aegis Pack.

It adds an M-29 Incisor sniper, a burst fire and shield eating rifle, along with the Kestrel armour set made up of 5 pieces. For PC and Xbox 360.

BioWare's Mass Effect 2 Overlord DLC June 15th, game demo

The latest Xbox Live schedule update has Mass Effect 2's Overlord DLC down for June 15th, and BioWare have been busy with a game demo too.

It will release the same day as the new 5 mission DLC pack goes live. Overlord also adds a new foe, a new world and new achievements. Hooray.

BioWare has 'no motion plans'

The good doctors of BioWare feel that motion gaming must "evolve beyond the party game" before it has any meaningful impact, especially to RPG.

The Mass Effect and Dragon Age studio have no interest right now in motion control, but remain optimistic on its future. BioWare like the 'Milo' idea.

Having previously said they "would consider it," regarding some form of co-op for Dragon Age or Mass Effect in the future, it looks to be a step closer.

A recent job posting for BioWare Montreal was looking for a 'Multiplayer Programmer' with the Mass Effect franchise attached, with co-op lingo?
