Rockstar close Max Payne 3's Vancouver studio, consolidate in Oakville 
There's good news and bad news. Rockstar Games is shuttering their Vancouver studio which brought us Max Payne 3, and before that it was the delightful and controversial Bully.
Obviously that's the bads news, but the good news is that the 35 staff at Vancouver are being "offered the opportunity" to work at Rockstar's new and bigger studio in Oakville, near Toronto.

Rockstar Games has revealed what will be included in the first downloadable content pack for Max Payne 3. The DLC, called "Local Justice" will include 3 new multiplayer maps, a new faction, a weapon, an additional item and extra Achievements/Trophies.

Diablo III became the first PC game to lead US videogame sales since Starcraft II two years ago, but it wasn't enough to prevent sales from suffering a 28% drop from May 2011 to May 2012, according to the NPD Group. This has been a trend in dipping sales for the past few months, starting with February 2012's 20% drop from February 2011.

Wedbush analyst Michael Pachter revealed some startling news from the NPD on his Twitter feed: Max Payne 3 did less than half of LA Noire's launch business in the same period of time.
