Shout to Medieval 2: Total War

i need some help please
i was installing MTW 2; when the installation got stuck i mean it would not continue. and it does strange noises when i try installing ; and when i openned mannually the cd i saw that the data 1 and data 2 was damaged can someone plase make a copy of them.
