Simply extract to your Men of War "mods" folder.
I basically jammed as much as I could into a mod and then worked for about a year here and there making it as realistic, fun, and strategically challenging as I could. See previous version's readme for longer list. (BOWXtended)
The changes since the last version include:
1. Strategic artillery/rockets overhaul -
2. Added "Karl-Thor" for the Germans -
3. Realistic Aircraft weaponry/flight Etc...
4. All soldier's views
5. And many other small physics and mechanics changes.
