This story takes place many years later, after many eclipses have occurred. To help in their fight against the demon armies of Urgash, the peoples of Ashan created a weapon called the Blade of Binding. This weapon gives its user the ability to control the minds of Demons, and helps the allied nations fight off the demons' invasions. The Blade is guarded by a group of families who come from the Elves of the forests of Irollan, the Knights of the Griffin Empire, and the Wizards of the Silver...

To help in their fight against the demon armies of Urgash, the peoples of Ashan created a weapon called the Blade of Binding. This weapon gives its user the ability to control the minds of Demons, and helps the allied nations fight off the demons' invasions. The Blade is guarded by a group of families who come from the Elves of the forests of Irollan, the Knights of the Griffin Empire, and the Wizards of the Silver Cities.

However a new Blood Moon is coming, and the demons have launched an attack to steal the Blade and kill its guardians. The children of the guardians must take up the fight against the demons to protect the Blade of Binding and save their homes. These children set off on their journey, a mix of many different nations: The huntress “Anwen” of the Elves; “Godric” from the Knights of the empire; Godric's sister “Fiona” who will find allies among the undead Necromancers of Heresh; their brother “Aidan” who will take the war to the lands of the Demons; “Nadia” from the desert lands of the Wizards.

These five heroes will fight to form an army capable of retrieving the Blade of Binding, and so restoring peace in Ashan.
