This mod is a combination of gravity change to the ragdolls, damage punch and kick multipliers in default_levels.xml, slightly lower gravity to stave off fall damage (makes you bouncy as a downside though), and health regen also to counter fall damage.

A user by the name of Garden has released a fix for the HUD and Menu's for Dead Island, which should help users with triple-monitor configurations. All menus have been adjusted and the hud is now smaller and has been repositioned.
