When i replace the old one with this one it crashes when i click on it during the game? Does anybody know why>

i'm having real problems using any of these mods... can anyone give me a talk though on how to do it? aybe im not putting them in the right file.. PLEASE HELP!

Yeah I the startpos.esf file is corrupt if any could repair please do so and post back. All the other mods work fine
