go to this location: C:\Program files\steam\steamapps\common\napoleon total war\data\campaigns\mp_eur_napoleon. move the files in there to a different location. put the new files in their place. DO NOT DELETE THE OLD FILES JUST MOVE THEM incase it goes wrong so you can put em back.

i download the mod and place it in the right folder but then it doesnt replace the original startpoint and scripting files. am i supposed to extract the downloaded files and if yes how? btw in the files i download it doesnt say scripting or startpos only ottoman empire austria.rar

Extract the files with WINRAR. A free trial can be downloaded easily that works. Just google winrar
