Unzip the "AllBattleMaps.pack" file and put it into the "data" folder in your "Napoleon Total War" folder. Then play as usual.

C: Program Files/ Steam/ Steamapps/ common/ napoleon total war/ data

Thanks for the mod though i put it in the file you told me to and when i start the game there is no change.

Unfortunatley with the latest patch, the Mod is no longer compatible. Will fix this shortly.
