Instructions: copy and paste the .esf file to your C:Program Files/Napoleon - Total War/data/campaigns/eur_napoleon and replace the old one but make it as a back up in any case something goes wrong that it doesn't work with you i recommend naming the back up folder eur_napoleon_startpos back-up
