This game came out at an unfortunate time, being released along with "CoH". By itself, it might have been a success but I doubt it. If you absolutely adored "SOldiers: Heroes...", then this is for you (same Developer). You want hard work, micromangement and no skirmish mode, this is for you. You want fun try "CoH". As for the missions in the latter being repetitious...rubbish. Each mission faithfully recreates historical battles fought at Normandy at their historical locations. If they seem repetitious, then that is what war is. Mass, attack, cleanup, resupply, rinse and wash, then start again. At least it has a skirmish mode.
